KESA is made up of a variety of experienced executives and practitioners, including former leaders of national companies, an Olympic Gold medalist, and a National Championship coach. Our greatest advantage is each other. We challenge each other to Raise the Bar in everything we do.

More About Mark
Principal and Co-founder
Mark has a wealth of experience in leadership development in dozens of organizations across Canada and Internationally. He holds a MA in Leadership from Royal Roads University and is an ICF Certified Executive Coach. Mark’s first career was as a highly successful national champion college coach working in both team and individual sports and brings that experience to his work in organizations over the past 20 years. He is an outstanding and sought-after presenter.

More About Paul
Paul brings over thirty years of experience and a proven track record of profitable growth results in the construction industry to our team. His experience includes executive leadership, corporate strategy development, board governance, business development, contracts development and negotiation, and project management.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta, is a CCA – Gold Seal Certified Project Manager, a Certified Executive Coach, and a CSIA level 2 ski instructor. He has served on numerous community and industry boards of directors, associations, and technical committees, including leadership roles.

Lori-Ann Muenzer is a dynamic personality and a highly-sought-after facilitator for large and small businesses, and non-profit organizations.
Lori-Ann brings her high performance tools and techniques to KESA and its clients by challenging boundaries of age, psychology, and physiology.
After winning Olympic Gold in Athens, Greece Lori-Ann learned a lot about people. But more than this, she has discovered a way to turn everyone’s mindset into an Olympian’s mindset in their own profession by Thinking Into Results.
Lori-Ann is Canada’s first and only Olympic cycling gold medal winner, keynote speaker, coach, published author, and an advocate of cycling as sport and recreation, and loves calling Edmonton home.
